Established since 1936, Fouad & Toufic Fadel & Co SAL is Fadel Group’s Lebanese entity responsible for local sales of Paper and Packaging Division’s product line. It also provides supply chain and logistics back-office services to its main subsidiaries in UAE.

Established since 2017 in Dubai, Chemifine DMCC is responsible for order handling, supply chain and logistics for Fadel Group’s Ingredient & Additives Division Worldwide.
Intersource Ingredients LLC, the Saudi Arabian arm of the Fadel Group, distributes food, pharma, dietary supplement, and cosmetic ingredients across the Middle East and Africa. As a valued partner of DSM Firmenich in Saudi Arabia, with offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, they provide a full range of ingredients, expert support, and go-to-market solutions for the food, pharma, and personal care industries, focusing on nutritional and health benefits.
Established in 2020 in the Netherlands, Forwest BV is Fadel Group’s trading entity in Europe responsible for the procurement and sale of private-label customized products and services for both business lines: Ingredients & Additives as well as Paper & Packaging Divisions.
Established since 1936, Droguerie Fouad Fadel & Co. SAL is Fadel Group’s local distribution hub for the sale and promotion of products and services in Lebanon aimed at both business units: animal nutrition and health as well as human nutrition and health.
SERVICES
Shippers Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary founded in 2011 in UAE. It takes care of logistics of the Group’s in-house cargo and also sells freight to external Companies.
Fondation Fouad & Toufic Fadel founded in 2010 in Lebanon has the vocation of funding projects in education and health as part of the Social Responsibility of the Group.
